Minimum 5 years experience in Title Recording.

We are currently seeking an experienced Title Recording officer to fill an opening with our client in the Lending industry.

Basic Knowledge

• Familiar with the full recording process for title Insurance.
• Knowledge of ACRIS
• Knowledge of recording in all boroughs and out of state.
• Proof read all documents before submitting.
• Responsible for making sure all fees are collected
• Follow up on documents submitted for system update.
• Send and respond to emails,scanning and uploading documents

Job Requirements:

• Experience recording a must. Good communication skills .
• Proficient in operating a computer.
• RAM Quest Experience a plus
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work in a team setting.Great personality
