We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to work for a National Title Insurance company in Riverside.

The Accounting Clerk helps manage financial records and transactions to support the organization's financial operations. This role involves data entry, processing invoices, and assisting with various accounting tasks.


  • Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems.
  • Process invoices and help with payments to vendors.
  • Issue invoices to customers and track payments.
  • Reconcile financial statements and documents.
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports.
  • Help maintain organized financial records.
  • Support administrative tasks in the finance department.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
