 General Responsibilities

• Works with employers to settle workers comp cases 
• Assess claimant documentation, legal benefits, and any other matters related.
• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and other legal documentation 
• Analysis of employment records
• Any other duties related to the role

Qualifications

• Required: Juris Doctorate and CA Bar License 
• 5+ years of experience
• Attention de detail and Multitasker
• Results oriented and Client-Focused
• Strong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
