Job Purpose The Human Resources Manager will maintain the organization's HR programs and policies as they apply to employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance and staffing levels. The Human Resources Manager will support the Human Resources Director in setting the company's strategic goals and ensure a healthy team and company environment. Duties and Responsibilities As a Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Support the Human Resources Director to manage the daily Human Resources departmental operations, business planning and budget development of HR programs, such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, trainings, policies and organizational development Ensure policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals and follow professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws In collaboration of the Human Resources Manager, advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations issues Develops and/or updates policies, systems, standards and procedures Develops and/or updates Job Descriptions Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine a competitive compensation plan Recruits, interviews and tests Management level employees to fill vacant positions Collaborate in the administration of the performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations in the absence of the Human Resources Director Support client needs in regards to all Human Resource matters Develop and maintain a good working relationship between staff and the company Conducts investigations and recommends solutions in order to minimize company legal liabilityEvaluate and recommend disciplinary actions, involved in writing and reviewing documents related to the process Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services Other projects as assigned by the Human Resources DirectorBachelor's Degree in Human Resources with a minimum of ten -10- years of experience in a similar position with combined experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits,
