Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Title Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote, market, and establish connections with potential clients to generate business for our title company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients, including real estate agents, lenders, developers, and attorneys, to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Actively promote and market our title services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages of working with our company.
  • Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and networking events to showcase our services and establish connections.
  • Proactively follow up with leads, inquiries, and referrals to nurture relationships and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as title examiners, closers, and underwriters, to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process for clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise and guidance on title services and industry-related matters.
  1. Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, emerging trends, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and track sales activities, leads, and conversions using CRM systems or other sales management tools.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review.
  1. Industry Networking and Education:
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and professional networking events to build connections and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of the title industry, real estate market, and related regulations through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn sales and be trained.
  • Strong sales aptitude and the ability to effectively communicate and persuade potential clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the title insurance industry, real estate transactions, and related processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
