The Escrow processor will be responsible for performing the following day-to-day essential duties and responsibilities:

• Assists in clearing titles and prepares residential escrow files for closing.
• Assists Escrow Officers with business development and customer service.
• Prepares documents of all types of residential transactions, such as warranty deeds, Quit Claim Deed, and works up simple closing statements.

 Basic Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and desire to dig into complex title issues and identify solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail and timelines.
• 1+ years of direct real estate experience in the title insurance industry and/or mortgage industry
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
