Duties

• Maintains sales orders/invoices/returns of invoices in database
• Monitors inventory and ensures the items are in stock.
• Updates and keeps customer records.
• Updates and maintains customer ABC license records.
• Collects payment and records all payment transactions in company portal
• Meet or surpass customer expectations, providing excellent service and building rapport.
• Prepares and keeps all sales and marketing materials.
• Report immediately to the account manager any inventory or service issues.
• Atten company events as needed
• Purchases food materials, collect fees and pays suppliers.
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Japanese
• Positive attitude, Willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Problem-solving skills and skilled with numbers.
• Office 365
• High School Diploma required, AA or BA preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
