Direct hire + benefits
Shift: Sun Thu from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Salary + Benefits + $6000 shift differential

Duties

• Perform walkthroughs on a daily basis to verify department is following all safety protocols.
• KPI and employee performance reporting and measuring performance.
• Organizing and maintaining the inventory and storage space and ensure the accuracy of inventory and shipments.
• Constant communication with employees about job expectations
• Determine if staff and workload is adequate
• Document and record all warehouse information
• Collaborate with other departments to develop best practices
• Complies and verifies safety policies and instructions are followed
• Verify equipment is functioning adequately and ensure maintenance

Requirements

• 2+ years as a warehouse supervisor/lead with supervisory skills
• Proficiency with warehouse software packages and Office 365
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse operations.
• Follow guidelines regarding appropriate warehouse and freezer PPE
• Availability to work some OT when needed.
• Ability to work in Freezer/Refrigerated temperatures
