  The operations leader is primarily responsible for implementing the correct processes and practices in the organization. The specific tasks of an operations manager are formulating strategies, improving performance, managing materials and resources, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

  Operations Leader Responsibilities

  Ensure that all operations are carried out in a proper and cost-effective manner.

  Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.

  Plan inventory and monitor warehouse efficiency

  Help so that the processes of the organization continue to comply with the law.

  Formulate strategic and operational objectives

  Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability

  Manage budgets and forecasts

  Perform quality controls and control production KPIs

  Hire, train and supervise staff

  Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.

  Operations Leader Requirements

  Bilingual

  Demonstrable work experience as an operations manager or in a similar position

  Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.

  Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Operations Management or a related field
