POSITION SUMMARY:

Manages a division encompassing multiple operations in a geographical area, providing title and escrow services for both retail and affiliated business lines. The candidate will oversee operations of assigned division with primary focus on recruiting Escrow Officer, Title Officer and Sales Associate revenue producers into existing and new markets.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, Develop, Implement Effective Recruiting Strategies
  • Conduct Interviews with Potential Candidates
  • Attain 50/50 mix of affiliated (Lennar Homes) / Non-affiliated (Retail) closings
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives / New Market Penetration
  • Actively Participate in Company's Strategic / Business Planning
  • Management to Metrics / KPI's
  • P and L Management with Bottom Line Accountability
  • Expense / Forecast / Budget Analysis
  • Cross Functional Team Leadership (Sales, Escrow, Title)
  • Strong Client / Customer Relations
  • Corporate Development and Mentorship
  • Performance Planning / Associate Reviews
  • Handle Issues with Associates / Customers / Clients
  • Function as liaison between the Homebuilder and Mortgage Division
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 7-10 Years Executive Leadership Experience in Title and Escrow
  • Proven Track Record of Recruiting High Level Revenue Producers
  • Proven Track Record of Penetrating New Markets / Office Openings
  • Strong understanding of Profit and Loss Statements / Budget Planning
  • Current Knowledge of Title and Escrow Requirements in California
  • Strong computer background with working knowledge of Word and Excel


KNOWLEDGE:
  • In Depth Knowledge and Understanding of Recruiting Process
  • Knowledge of Management, Sales and Marketing principals is required

  • Recruiting Revenue Producers Through Personal Relationships, Cold Calling, Social Media
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills with Good Negotiation Tactics
  • Customer Service Skills a Must
  • Assigning, Directing, and Reviewing Work of Others

  • Clear, Concise, and Effective Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Establishing / Maintaining Effective Working Relationships with Real Estate Agents and Lenders
  • Identifying / Resolving Client-Service Needs and Problems


LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES:
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing in California

Under limited supervision :
  • Within the assigned division, manages the operation providing title, escrow, and related services to maximize productivity and profitability of the operation.
  • Regularly analyzes gathered data and information against budgeted goals and objectives and implements appropriate corrective action, when needed.
  • Plans, develops, and participates in marketing programs to enhance the competitive position and to maximize market penetration.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Regional President.
