Job Summary
Growing Law Firm in need of a reliable and proactive Office Assistant. The office assistant will help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. Our caseload is growing and the ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs.
Duties/Responsibilities
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Creating and proofreading documents and drafting emails.
Copying, printing, and distributing documents.
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
Coordinate and schedule associates calendar.

Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Working knowledge of office equipment
Through understanding of office management procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
Related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
