Junior Escrow Officer
The Junior Escrow Officer is responsible for:
Working closely with clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient and error-free manner.
Prepare HUD1 Settlement Statement and all other closing documents necessary for the transaction.
Obtain clearance and approval from lenders.
Order updates from the underwriter and determine clearance to close.
Verifying paperwork is correct.
Meeting with clients to execute closing and complete necessary paperwork
Participate in Marketing/Entertainment to increase customer base

Escrow Assistant
As an Escrow Assistant, you will be working within a collaborative team to prepare documents for our settlements and ensure they fund on time.
This position is fully remote.
The Role:
Add fees and charges to build Closing Disclosures and Closing Statements for real estate settlements
Coordinate directly with mortgage lenders to balance their borrowers' Closing Disclosures
Obtain loan documents for closing and send them to the appropriate parties
Obtain authorization to disburse after documents are executed.
Communicate and develop good working relationships with lenders.
Ensure that loan documents are prepared correctly to match title documents.
Balance our files internally so that all incoming and outgoing funds match to the penny.
Double-check that all fees are accurate and are on the Closing Disclosure before settlement
Get funding approval on parent company deals
Any other tasks assigned by management
Skills and Experience:
At least one year of title industry experience is preferred.
Qualia, Tableau, GSuite knowledge is helpful.
General knowledge of residential loan documents
Experience preparing settlement statements and closing documents are preferred
