Hybrid: 3 days/week in person, 2 days/week work from home

  • Dig deep to uncover sharp, impactful, and resonant consumer insights
  • Analyze data, interpret and provide strategic recommendations
  • Work with supervisor to design, conduct and manage consumer research
  • (Competitive Analysis, Exploratory, Clinic, Testing, Campaign trackers, etc.) and report out to internal teams and client
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Media, Account, Creative) to craft Ideas/Strategic
  • Brief and present to partner Agencies and Clients
  • Work with the Business and Marketing Strategy team to identify business challenges and develop solutions in order to help Clients and the company grow
  • Proactively represent Agency to contribute during total market research, brief development, ideation, and briefing meetings with sound insights/comments
  • Interpret and monitor cultural and social trends that are relevant to company and clients' businesses
  • Analytics: Have a passion and curiosity about finding stories through data. Know how to calculate, interpret and use data to inform better decision making
  • Presenting and writing: Able to captivate your audience with your storytelling
  • Insight mining: Able to extract insights (the Why) from research and translate them into compelling stories to fuel strategy and inspire creative development
  • Collaboration: Able to create synergies among teams and foster strategic partnerships with external parties. Apply industry best practices into workstreams for a cohesive output

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Major in Economics, Business, Marketing, Psychology or Communications is preferred.
  • 2~4 years of working experience in advertising, marketing, marketing research, communications, or business development/strategy, etc.
  • Personal Computer proficiency; Google Drive proficiency; MS Office preferred. Keynote preferred
