1. General Overview:
Monitor and analyze changes in product design, raw materials, methods of production, or services provided to know their effect on cost.

2. Role and Responsibilities
  1. Prepare monthly consolidated financials
  2. Gather and analyze financial data
  3. Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc
  4. Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g., investments, market growth, pricing changes)
  5. Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
  6. Estimate product costs for existing and new products
  7. Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory
  8. Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions
  9. Negotiate price increases with Customers
  10. Manage investment properties
  11. Manage Loans and Leases
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business or relevant field.
  2. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Superb communication and presentation skills.
  4. Aptitude to succeed in a stressful and deadline-oriented environment.
  5. Recent college graduate is acceptable with little business experience

Preferred Skills :
  1. Proven experience as a cost analyst, cost specialist or similar role
  2. Experience in data, operational and financial analysis
  3. Knowledge of accounting processes and software
  4. Strong analytical skills
  5. Great attention to detail
  6. Good communication aptitude
