Summary

  • Provides end users with an excellent experience by supporting their computing needs
  • Install, maintain, and upgrades computing equipment for end users to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoots problems in person, by telephone, or via e-mail, in a friendly, timely and accurate fashion.

Duties:

  • Configure and install new or replacement PCs, laptops, network printers, and scanners
  • Installs, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, and other products
  • Wire new workspaces, PCs, phone, printers
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds
  • Connect computer equipment, clean wire management
  • Basic PC troubleshooting

Experience:

  • Previous experience with network setup
  • Basic PC troubleshooting
  • Experience with PC, laptop setup, Windows 10, and Office 365 are helpful
