SUMMARY
  • Receives orders through various electronic systems and follows established guidelines to enter and open new title orders
  • Reviews order files for accuracy and completeness as the order is processed
  • Follows internal and external systems procedures to upload title-related documents accurately
  • Assigns order to supplier
  • Opens title update orders in accordance to policy, procedure and prescribed timeframes
  • Completes contractual updates and periodic workflow pushes as required by client
  • Processes order cancelation
  • Monitors incoming requests related to title production and follows established guidelines or checklists to answer routine inquires or redirects to appropriate party
  • May respond to follow up requests from internal closing and curative teams
  • Omissions & Error Follow Up
  • Systems - ETA Comments (Pre/Post)
  • Tax follow up
  • Performs additional fulfillment duties as directed by manager
Skills:
  • Ability to follow clearly defined procedures to complete duties
  • Ability to perform repetitive routine activities
  • Basic communication skills and common courtesy
Education:
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelors preferred;
  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience with e-recording documents, scheduling closings with notaries
