Job Purpose:
The primary function(s) for this position is auditing recordable legal instruments and preparing those
instruments for recording at County Clerk's offices. Daily work includes the receipt, quality control review
, and policy production prep by ensuring required data is present within ResWare.

Essential Job Functions:
Engage in company culture that emphasizes engagement in our 4 Cs, quality of work and

Review and validate documents before presenting to recording to ensure accuracy and
completeness.
Validate fees required to record documents.
Respond to all questions and requests associated with the transaction in a timely and helpful
manner.
Provide a very high level of customer service to all parties involved in the transaction. Emails
must be returned within Client and Company service level agreements.
Prepare transaction documents by completing forms and statements; collecting and reviewing
existing documents.
Complete in full required data fields within ResWare for policy production team.
Timely submission of recorded documents and policy to agent.
Comply with regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate and present at all levels, both in-
house and with clients if needed.
Able to be flexible with work hours, possible staggering of shifts. Some paid mid-month and
month-end overtime and some weekend overtime.

Possess strong customer service skills and demonstrate excellent comprehension and
organizational skills.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
At least two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination or education and
experience.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, partners and
customers both verbally and in writing.
Adaptability to learn quickly, multi-task, and retain information specific to the business domain.
Must successfully pass a criminal history background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
National Escrow exposure.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment
such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

PhysicalRequirements/ADA:
No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting, and nearly all work is performed in a
comfortable indoor facility.
Routine deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; variance in work volume seasonal and predictable;
priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present; travel or other inconveniences have advance
notice; involves occasional exposure to demands and pressures from persons other than immediate
supervisor.
Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Days and hours of full time position are typically Monday through Friday, times may vary based upon
client demands. Overtime is often required, especially at month end.
