organized and able to prioritize multiple ongoing jobs
excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with clients
good typist and can quickly adapt to new processes and programs
assist with handling high volume title and escrow duties
Some Escrow Experience required
answer phones in a professional manner, capture pertinent information from clients, and route
incoming calls to the proper person
assist in managing escrow files, including, but not limited to, ordering necessary documentation
and communicating the status of the file with parties
greet clients in person and create a welcoming and clean space
routinely open orders, label folders, and organize documentation
assist in compiling post-closing packages and funding of refinances and sales
write emails, thank you notes, and other correspondence to clients
perform additional tasks needed from the supervisor team

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
3-5 years of office management or operations experience
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, preferred
Strong ability to organize effectively and solve problems
Communicates quickly, clearly, and patiently
Ability to manage time effectively
Successfully navigates both internal and external conflict resolution
Personally accountable
Positive and optimistic
Able to embrace, and thrive in, a constantly changing and growing environment
Interest in technology, exploring and implementing new solutions

Experience in the real estate or title industries is a bonus!
