SUMMARY:
  • The Receptionist is responsible for receiving callers and visitors at the establishment, determining nature of business, and directing callers and visitors to correct destination. In addition, the individual will provide general administrative and clerical support.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as an Ambassador for the company to our clients and customers
  • Receive all contracts:
a. Call each agent to thank them for the contract
b. Obtain contact information for all parties
c. Verify commission/fees and delivery for commission
d. Review all files once opened for errors and make corrections
e. Communicate issues to Anna Perez/Laurel Newman
f. Create physical file
g. Calendar all files
h. Monitor Incoming Wires and post EM
i. Send all CertifID outgoing wire instructions
j. Review and complete ALL SEFS related Actions including Review Comments for Escrow Processing
  • Answer phones by the 3rd ring
  • Clean rooms thoroughly between signings
  • Order supplies once approved from Walmart.com
  • Complete the SEFS actions
a. Review all return Welcome Docs and make corrections if necessary
b. Communicate all issues to Anna Perez/ Laurel Newman
  • Print calendar every day in order to greet all incoming customers by name when possible
  • Post Closing – handle disbursements of checks in files
  • Send Post Closing emails with the Google Review attachments
