We are seeking for a Director of Fulfillment 

Position Requirements:

  • Manage finished goods inventory and fulfillment distribution
  • Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
  • Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and cost per order standards are met
  • Ensure timeliness of shipments
  • Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
  • Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal/external customers
  • Manage and develop supply chain staff
  • Supervise coach and train supply chain staff
  • Manage budgets
  • 5+ years working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations at management level
  • Experience working for a contract manufacturer is a plus
  • Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of priorities
EDUCATION: BA/BS in supply chain, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation or engineering
