We are looking for someone with experience in Escrow Trust Accounting with a Title Insurance Company or Account Servicing for real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department in an Escrow OR Title Company
  • month and end-year process
  • accounts payable/receivable
  • general ledger
  • Daily trust account statement reconciliations

Skills

  • Proven working experience specifically with a Title Insurance Company or Account Servicing Company for real estate transactions
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to direct and supervise
