Job Description:

Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication with both internal and external customers including lenders, agents and suppliers to facilitate accurate and timely title order fulfillment. Utilizes working knowledge and expertise of mortgage and loan documents and recording requirements at the various counties nationwide. Produces high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures and is accountable for meeting hourly SLAs and time-sensitive production goals with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Follows internal and external systems procedures to upload title-related documents accurately
  • Reviews order files for accuracy and completeness as the order is processed
  • Monitors customer order databases to ensure order receipt and system reconciliation
  • Assigns order to supplier including auction or vendor escrow flagging, contract assignment and coordination of welcome letters if required by state
  • Completes contractual updates and periodic workflow pushes as required by client
  • Processes order cancellations
  • Identifies any informational or clerical errors related to vesting, loan amount, payoff, taxes, etc. and works to resolve quickly
  • Ensures monetary amounts are correct to satisfy mortgages, taxes and judgments
  • Policy Printing & Signing
  • Fee Entry
  • Manages centralized inbox and responds to moderately complex inquiries or redirects to appropriate party as needed
  • Responds to follow up requests from internal closing and curative teams and external parties including lenders, realtors and attorneys
  • Monitors and reviews title revision queue
  • Works with Title Processing and the local offices to ensure timely resolution to any order related issues
  • O&E Follow Up
  • Systems - ETA Comments (Pre/Post)
  • Tax follow up
  • Runs daily reports
  • Performs additional fulfillment duties as directed by manager
  • Qualifications
  • Requires working knowledge and established skills to perform day-to-day activities
  • Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
  • Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams
  • Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
