QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 – 3 years related experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Consumer Lending is preferred
  • Must have previous administrative and/or clerical experience in an office setting
  • To perform this job, the employee must possess applicable technology skills and demonstrated expertise
  • Ability to use Word for Windows, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications, as well as the ability to learn new applications quickly; requires general knowledge of computer use
  • Must be organized, self-disciplined and detail-oriented with the ability to manage and juggle multiple projects
  • Persistent and dependable, especially in meeting deadlines; able to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Must be able to work during regular business hours
  • Must have critical reasoning, good work ethics and flexibility
  • Possess good listening skills and patience to work with all types of employees
  • Must be able to maintain highly sensitive information confidential
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Verify thoroughness and accuracy of documents, processing payments, VOE’s and maintaining payment file of delinquent loans
  • Provide Administrative support for the Loan Servicing and Lending Department
  • Sort mail, distributes checks to various sources to process and filing
  • Assist with daily departmental routines and corporate projects, as assigned by performing the following duties
  • Coordinate and handles various transactional activities associated with the day-to-day activities for Loan Servicing and Lending
  • General support and assistance with projects, as assigned
  • Perform functions of a highly confidential nature and maintain records up to date
  • Review, sort and process all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
