A busy Title Company is searching for a motivated, reliable and task-oriented Assistant to work in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will work directly with the Branch Manager as well as the Escrow Officer. The candidate we are seeking should be capable of managing their workload and is able to work quickly and accurately under time constraints. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great company with room for growth!

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with any and all phone calls
  • Possible payoff demand support making calls to obtain payoff info
  • Gathering client information and entering data into the computer system
  • Preparing documents for closing, funding, and recording of escrow transactions
  • Communicating with clients and responding to information requests

Job Requirements

  • Real Estate or Escrow experience is a huge plus, but not required
  • Ability to meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong follow-through
  • Must be a team player
  • Have a good grasp of general software applications
