We are seeking to add an Data Entry Clerk to our team for a growing title company. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter a variety of data using current technology
  • Responsible for performing daily department tasks such as monitoring email boxes, and creating and updating spreadsheets
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data
Qualifications:
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in data entry or other related fields
  • 10-key requirements
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
