As the Title Reviewer, you are accountable for reviewing the title work received from the search partner, creating commitments and setting up the title requirements in the system.

Responsibility
Analyze title searches, title reports and documents to ensure accuracy
Create internal title reports/commitments from title search provided
Add title requirements to system for clearing
Communicate with different search partners and internal teams to coordinate timely and accurate title commitment delivery
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; will consider a combination of relevant experience and/or education
1 - 4+ years' experience - preferably in real estate, title & escrow or mortgage though not required
Obsession with customer service and continually elevating customer experience standards through promptness, politeness, professionalism, and personalization
Experience working cross functionality to push projects over the finish line
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Self-motivated, have a phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth
