Established and Reputable Real Estate Company in Flushing is seeking a Full ChargeBookkeeper. This is a large real estate firm who is growing and offers opportunities for training and advancement. We are centrally located in Flushing close to many dining and entertainment establishments.

Responsibilities for Full Charge Bookkeeper include (but are not limited to):
*Reconcile bank and credit card statements
*Monitor and process payables
*Enter deposits and maintain daily bank balances
*Analyze general ledger accounts and make double-sided adjusting entries
*Fulfill client inquiries and requests
*Medical Insurance reimbursements
*Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Full Charge Bookkeeper:
*Associate's Degree or higher in a related field (e.g. accounting and/or business)
*Must be bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese.
*Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or business management setting
*Must be able to do double sided journal entries
*Must be proficient with Quickbooks
*Time management and organizational skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Must be able to multitask
