We are looking for two Data Entry Clerks to join the team of a busy Title Insurance company in Portland. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record-keeping. After the initialtraining period, you could work remotely from home! Starting pay is $16 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter a variety of data using current technology
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
