Executive AssistantOH - New Albany
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team of a Title Insurance company in New Albany.
The ideal candidate must be polished, professional, and organized.
Here are some of the basics:
- Oversee the coordination of and provide support during events, training, seminars, and sales meetings.
- Act as liaison between the company and Realtor/Builder Sales Reps.
- Assist with market research and Salesforce maintenance/data entry.
- Provide support during Agent Onboarding process.
- Oversee distribution of materials to Agents.
- Asist management in creation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Assist in data collection and formatting from internal programs.
- Provide general sales and marketing support (mail/email/social media), production and distribution.
- Provide support and assistance with RFPs.
- Provide administrative support to Executives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Administrative, Event Planning and/or Marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Intermediate/Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook- must also agree to take an Excel Assessment
