We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team of a Title Insurance company in New Albany. 
The ideal candidate must be polished, professional, and organized.

Here are some of the basics: 
  • Oversee the coordination of and provide support during events, training, seminars, and sales meetings.
  • Act as liaison between the company and Realtor/Builder Sales Reps.
  • Assist with market research and Salesforce maintenance/data entry.
  • Provide support during Agent Onboarding process.
  • Oversee distribution of materials to Agents.
  • Asist management in creation of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist in data collection and formatting from internal programs.
  • Provide general sales and marketing support (mail/email/social media), production and distribution.
  • Provide support and assistance with RFPs.
  • Provide administrative support to Executives.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Administrative, Event Planning and/or Marketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook- must also agree to take an Excel Assessment
