ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company;
Answer the telephone, direct calls to proper parties, offer voicemail and /or take messages, and
greet guests;
Keep Administration Manager informed of any problems that may occur with local phone
system and/or voicemails;
Retrieve, sort and direct all incoming mail and messenger deliveries to the appropriate parties;
Filter the Contact ORSS folder accordingly;
Ensures office/kitchen supplies are adequately stocked, order additional supplies as needed;
Act as point of contact for service calls on all office equipment;
Responsible for the programming, tracking and assigning of key fobs to CA staff;
Assist the office staff with overflow work as needed;
Regular consistent attendance is required and could include after hour Company events;
Acceptance of supervision;
Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.
Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors;
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and
customers by email, phone and in person;
Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor;
Must have the flexibility and willingness to occasionally work Company recognized holidays
as requested by manager;
Ability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; and,
Perform other related duties or projects as assigned by manager.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects;
Strong administrative and customer service skills;
Good figure aptitude, proofreading skills, and attention to detail required;
Ability to interface effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, management
and client/vendors;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; and,
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:
Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions.
Required to sit for long periods of time (approximately 90 percent of time on the job).
Must be able to work approved and requested overtime by supervisor.
Repetitive and continual typing motion is required.
