Maintain properly trained staff who will offer quality logistics services.
Review and evaluate account profitability, performance and KPI's and establish plans to address any budgetary or operational shortfalls.
Align the branch's systems and processes with the company's mission and to achieve the desired results for business growth.
Plan, identify, and appropriate resources (staffing, training, equipment, and systems) to ensure the delivery of quality services that meet and exceed the customer's expectations.
Specific knowledge of the logistics industry (predominately ocean import/ocean export with less emphasis on air import/export)
Minimum 7 years industry experience required.
Minimum 3 years management experience required.
Professional presentation / effective communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
